Outdoor storage areas
In the port area, is over 22,600 m² of storage area available for bulk cargo, general cargo and heavy cargo. These can be offered for short term or medium term intermediate storage. The access to trimodal transportation networks makes it possible for all the means of transport to be served from this location.
Covered storage areas
The covered storage areas are especially used for the storage of weather affected goods, mainly for agricultural and biomass cargo. The direct waterway connection makes it possible for these cargoes to be ready for loading and unloading processes.
Offices
Our offices, also furnished, are best suited for companies working in the transportation sector or who's goods and services have a high degree of compatibility to the port environment.
Commercial and industrial areas
In Nordhafen are properties available, in total 60,000m², for medium and long term lease. Osthafen offers, with its 35,000m² mixed and commercial areas, excellent possibilities for the new location of specialist companies and port compatible businesses.
